为做好我校2026年来华留学生申请面试考核工作，根据主管部门和学校有关文件精神要求，结合本单位实际情况，制定本方案。
To ensure the effective implementation of the interview assessment for international applicants to Hefei Normal University in 2026, this Plan is formulated in accordance with the relevant requirements of the authorities and the University, and in light of the actual circumstances of the School of International Education.
一、综合考核要求 (General Assessment Requirements)
1. 国际教育学院成立面试考核小组，专家组成员由国际教育学院、文学院和外国语学院教师组成，全面参与考核全流程。
The School of International Education shall establish an interview assessment panel. The panel shall consist of faculty members from the School of International Education, the School of Chinese Language and Literature, and the School of Foreign Languages, and shall participate in the entire assessment process.
2. 学校对考生进行综合评价。综合评价包括前置材料评审与线上面试考核两个部分。前置材料评审审查申请材料的完整性和合规性；线上面试考核申请者学业成绩、语言水平、综合素质等，最终择优确定拟录取名单。
The University shall conduct a comprehensive evaluation of applicants. The comprehensive evaluation consists of two parts: preliminary review of application materials and online interview assessment. The preliminary review shall examine the completeness and compliance of the application materials. The online interview shall assess applicants’ academic performance, language proficiency, overall qualities, and other relevant aspects. The proposed admission list shall be determined on a merit-based basis.
二、面试说明 (Interview Instructions)
1.面试时间：面试分批次进行，第一批面试时间为2026年6月17日下午2:00，其他面试时间等后续通知。
Interview Time: Interviews will be conducted in batches. The first batch of interviews is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on June 17, 2026. The schedule for subsequent interviews will be announced later.
2.面试方式：通过腾讯会议进行线上面试，请考生提前下载腾讯会议APP。
Interview Method: The interviews will be conducted online via Tencent Meeting. Applicants are requested to download the Tencent Meeting app in advance.
3.每位考生面试时间8分钟左右，面试全程录屏。
Each applicant’s interview will last approximately 8 minutes, and the entire interview process will be recorded.
三、面试流程(Interview Procedure)
1. 考生进入线上会议室，确认个人信息（2分钟）。
The applicant enters the online meeting room and verifies personal information. (2mins)
2. 自我介绍（2分钟）。内容包含个人学习情况、语言情况、兴趣爱好等；推荐使用中文，也可使用英文。
Self-introduction should include the applicant’s educational background, language proficiency, interests and hobbies, etc. Applicants are encouraged to use Chinese, but English is also acceptable. (2mins)
3. 面试官提问（4分钟）。

面试成绩满分为100分，各项参考分值如上，各小项分值总和为考生面试最终得分：学院依据面试分数及申请材料综合评定，择优录取，确定拟录取名单。面试不合格者（低于60分）不予录取。

The full score of the interview is 100 points. The reference scores for each assessment item are listed above. The sum of the scores for all items shall be the applicant’s final interview score.
The School shall conduct a comprehensive evaluation based on the interview score and application materials, admit applicants on a merit-based basis, and determine the proposed admission list. Applicants who fail the interview, namely those scoring below 60 points, shall not be admitted.
五、违纪处理(Handling of Violations)
1. 面试专家及工作人员严格执行考试保密制度，禁止携带、外传相关材料和信息。面试专家及工作人员的舞弊行为一经发现按学校有关规定追责和处理。
Interview experts and staff members shall strictly comply with the examination confidentiality requirements. They are prohibited from carrying away, disclosing, or disseminating relevant materials or information. Any act of malpractice by interview experts or staff members, once discovered, shall be investigated and handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of the University.
2. 考生如在面试过程中出现的违纪行为，取消面试成绩。
If an applicant commits any disciplinary violation during the interview, the applicant’s interview score shall be cancelled.
六、注意事项(Notes)
1. 点击链接进入腾讯会议，并备注好姓名，格式为：面试编号+姓名+国籍。
Applicants shall enter the Tencent Meeting through the designated link and indicate their name in the following format: Interview Number+Name + Nationality.
2. 线上面试期间，必须打开话筒和视频，确保画面清晰、声音清晰。若因个人原因无法按时参加在线面试，后果由本人承担。
During the online interview, applicants must turn on their microphone and camera to ensure clear audio and video. If an applicant fails to attend the online interview on time due to personal reasons, the applicant shall bear the consequences.
3. 面试名单、腾讯会议账号将提前公布，请及时查看消息并保持通讯工具畅通。
The interview list and Tencent Meeting account information will be announced in advance. Applicants are advised to check relevant notices in a timely manner and keep communication channels open.
